Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure how people use it. They use cookies and similar technologies to record things like which pages are viewed, and when someone clicks to call, text or email us or submits the contact form. We use this information in a general way and we don’t use it to identify you.
The contact page also uses Google Maps, and the contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. These services may collect information such as your IP address and how you interact with them, under Google’s own privacy policy, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy.
You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Some parts of the website may not work as well without cookies.
Photos
If you send us photos of your property, switchboard or other equipment, we use them to assess and quote the job and keep them with your job record. Please try to avoid including people in the photos.
We may show photos of our completed work on this website and in our marketing. If you’d like a photo of your property removed, contact us and we’ll take it down.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. This website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and the systems where we store customer information are password protected. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the reasons above or to meet our legal obligations, then we delete it or make it anonymous.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details above. We’ll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are first.
